This is not about the food, it's about the horrendous takeaway packaging.I love the food. The food is delicious; I come here often with my aunt if I'm at her place, or if we're lazy we'll pre order a takeaway and walk the yds to get it.I also live nearby (. miles, or min by bike) and I do love getting Kotta delivered because the food is delicious, but the packaging is horrendous. My usual is the chicken teriyaki but it almost always leaks, creating a massive mess. Sometimes it's not so bad, but I think the other day was the final straw. My Deliveroo came, and the guy was so apologetic about it dripping everywhere, I had to reassure him it wasn't his fault, it's the packaging. It was so bad in order to stop it dripping everywhere all over carpets, I had to put my hand underneath the bag, leading to my hand being minorly burnt from hot teriyaki sauce (the photo was after I ran it under cold water; the nd pic is how much teriyaki sauce leaked into a container I put it in after carrying it downstairs and burning my hand. The third pic is all the leaked sauce actually almost ripping the bag apart). It's a shame, because I love the food but until you change the packaging I don't think I'm going to be ordering Deliveroo from you.

Really tiny place with mediocre at best sushi. If they run out of seating they stick you at same table shoulder to shoulder with strangers. I got stuck next to a couple on their date. As soon as I sat down you could tell it got awkward for them and I had to sit there and eat awkwardly as if I was on the date with them.Overall some of the worst sushi I've had and not the best accommodationVegetarian options: YesDietary restrictions: YesParking: Best to walk or uberKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes

I was a big fan of this place, until I learnt they have out on hygiene ratings. I have enjoyed the food there many times, without problem, but I can't tolerate a disdain for food safety. I do not recommend it until they fix their food safety behaviour.Cleanliness and condition of facilities and building: Improvement necessaryManagement of food safety: Major improvement necessaryI contacted the owner. They claim they used to get , but there was an issue with the inspection and they are due a re-evaluation. We will see.
